Adjustment of Status in Texas

  • Eligibility Requirements:

  • Applying for Adjustment of Status:

  • Biometrics Appointment:

  • Interview:
    • USCIS may schedule an interview to review the application and verify eligibility.
    • The interview typically involves questions about the applicant’s background, immigration history, etc.
